Dan
Hi, I’m Dan, the Executive Assistant at State of Mind Counselling and the friendly voice you’ll often hear when you call.
Whether I’m coordinating clinician schedules, answering enquiries, or lending a hand with the clinic’s social media, I work to keep everything running smoothly with care and attention.
With experience in project management, data research, staff training and customer support, I focus on making things easier for both clients and the team. I’m often the first point of contact, and I aim to make every conversation reflect the calm, supportive approach we value at State of Mind.
When I’m not managing emails or helping staff get settled in, I’m likely spending time with my family, walking my dog, or keeping an eye out for rare sneakers. At the heart of it, I’m here to help create a space where people feel respected, welcomed, and supported.
