State of Mind Counselling Services: Cancellation Policy

At State of Mind Counselling, we deeply value the time and commitment of all our clients. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring that everyone receives the care they need.

1. Cancellation Notice
   To allow us to accommodate other clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
2. Cancellation Fees
   1. Medicare Clients: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of \$60 will be charged.
   2. Non-Medicare Clients: For clients not covered by Medicare, the full session fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or for missed appointments.
3. Understanding Unique Circumstances
   We recognize that life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us. We are here to support you and will consider each situation with compassion.
